Too often, when people ask us how we are, we respond with a simple “OK”, rather than talking about what is really going on. That’s why we’ve created the GOLDEN Check-in. Used in conjunction with this talking stick, check-ins are a powerful way to help monitor each other’s wellbeing.

These talking sticks are harvested from our “YarraKoora” property in the Byron Bay Hinterland. Some people like to carve symbols into it before use, others prefer to leave it as it. What ever you decide, we hope it brings you many GOLDEN moments.

There is also the option to add a signed copy of Doctor Arne’s book “The Making of Men” to make this a truely memorable gift.
