The entire program was an amazing experience. It helped me see the world my child has experienced over the years and I was missing

I loved everything. The food, the facilitators, the energy of the facilitators — co-creation is beautiful
I have learnt the way to open up my heart in front of others and also to have good quality time with my child on a regular basis

Spending time as mum & daughter together was very, very healing
The facilitators were in flow, played to their strengths and were full of energy. The women’s circle was particularly impactful. The nourishing food was the cherry on top

Frequently asked questions.
What actually happens on the program?
The program is a mixture of games and activities as well as a more serious side where we will be sharing stories as a way of passing on wisdom and knowledge, spending time relaxing around a fire, and in a facilitated discussion.
We create healthy, safe challenges to help your girls explore who they want to be in the next stage of their life and what behaviours they need to let go of. We will also create personal visions for the future and spend time recognising and acknowledging the gifts, talents and genius in each of us.

What is the weather like?
Our camps are held in Main Arm in the Byron Hinterland. Byron Hinterland weather can differ from the coastal forecast — the mountains are known for making their own weather at times!
Autumn (March–May): Generally mild and pleasant, daytime 20–24°C, dropping to around 12–16°C overnight. April and May tend to be drier months.
Winter (June–August): Cool to cold, daytime 15–20°C, nights dropping to 5–10°C. Prepare for cool conditions and possible wet weather, particularly in June and July.
Spring (September–October): Variable, daytime 18–24°C, overnight lows around 10–15°C. September can still be cool while October warms up. Occasional showers possible.
Regardless of the season, we recommend bringing layers and wet weather gear. Please keep an eye on the forecast in the days leading up to camp.
